Maison Orris collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, provide requested emails and prepare or fulfil an order. Final legal and company details must be confirmed before commercial launch.
The form records your email, consent time, language and subscription state. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link or by contacting Maison Orris. Cloudflare stores the subscription record and Resend delivers the requested message.
The browser stores the cart locally. Delivery and contact details are sent only when you continue to secure checkout, where they may be used to calculate shipping and tax, prevent fraud, process payment, fulfil the order and meet legal obligations.
The code is created on the server, sent only to the subscriber’s email and validated against that same address. One successful first-order redemption is recorded securely; the browser cannot create or authoritatively redeem a code.
A quotation submission stores the details and selected materials needed to answer it and sends a receipt. Cloudflare processes form records and Resend processes transactional email. Payment, tax and carrier processors must be added here when connected.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal data, and may object or withdraw newsletter consent. Some order records may need to be retained for tax, accounting or legal requirements.
Payment details must be collected by the future secure payment service and never embedded in this static website. Maison Orris limits access, uses HTTPS, verifies webhooks and keeps only the data required for each purpose.
